Living
in this fast-paced society may cause us to lead a stress-filled
lifestyle and sometimes cause us to be out of breath, trying to catch
up with society’s ideals and our own. Many of us are searching for ways
to help us lead a more peaceful and happy life. More often than not, we
try to do this by searching for fulfillment outside, whether in the
form of material abundance or importance in our career and
relationships. But, have you wondered how you could experience happiness and peace without the need to depend on external factors? Is it possible to adopt a living philosophy that enables us to look at life differently? How could we improve our well-being and our experience of life in general? The answer is definite! We start by looking at the mind. By starting this inward journey into the mind and caring for ourselves, we allow ourselves to grow. Nurturing and providing food for the mind is the first step towards transforming our life. This course allows you to learn about the nature of the mind that causes us to live our lives in dissatisfaction. We will guide you in leading our chaotic mind back to its own nature of joy, peace and love. By developing mindfulness and learning how the mind works, we will look at the world from a different perspective. Suitable for ages 16 and above. about the trainer HUI NING has been getting in touch with spirituality since the year 2000. She began to practice meditation seriously in 2005. From there, her perspective on life has changed tremendously and her quality of life has improved. Due to the changes in her mind state, she has detached from many of life issues, and become more cheerful and peaceful. Because of these reasons, she would like to share what she has gotten with others; hoping that those who come into this course will be able to enjoy the peace from within. |
