COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION
The Heart of Nonviolent Communication MARSHALL ROSENBERG Most of us are hungry for skills to improve the quality of our relationships, to deepen our sense of personal empowerment or to simply communicate more effectively. Unfortunately, for centuries our prevailing culture has taught us to think and speak in ways that can actually perpetuate conflict, internal pain and even violence. Discover how the revolutionary yet simple language of Nonviolent Communication can strengthen your relationships, build trust, prevent conflicts and heal pain. |

BODYMIND How body curve and muscle reflects You KEN DYCHTWALD How could my body be so expressive of my inner self? How could my life history be seen in the way my muscles were shaped? If I was my body, then who was responsible for its, my, well-being and health? Did my body shape my mind or did my mind shape my body? If I had had a hand in forming myself, then how responsible was I for all my creations and actions, health and dis-ease? |

An excerpt from LOVING WHAT IS Four questions that can change your life BYRON KATIE Byron Kathleen Reid became severely depressed while in her thirties. Then one morning, from the depths of despair, she experienced a life-changing realization: by meeting reality as it is, she experienced unimaginable freedom and joy. Katie developed a simple yet powerful method of inquiry, called The Work, that made this transformation practical. The Work of Byron Katie is a way to identify and question the thoughts that cause all of the suffering in the world. It is a way to find peace with yourself and with the world. |

TAKING
RESPONSIBILITY The willingness to take the totality into your heart GANGAJI Gangaji speaks about this precious time on earth, where awakening is possible for ordinary people like you and me; how we can actually awaken to the truth of one's self without being a saint or going through immense suffering. She invites each of you to take the responsibility of the world into your heart. It is stopping right now, taking full resposibility to recognize what is at peace right now within you, what needs nothing from the past or the present or the future to enhance that peace or prove that peace, which is fulfilled in itself. |
